The clear ABS top cover provides easy viewing of burger forming and allows you to quickly press consistent patty sizes ranging from 1/4 lb. to 3/4 lb. Innovative Flavor Pockets™ provide more surface area for seasonings to adhere, resulting in a burger that is cooked faster and tastes better. The top cover and base are removable and are top rack dishwasher safe. Also, features pre-drilled mounting holes for securing the base to a solid surface for serious patty production.
