No training partner around and still not a single clean pull-up.

Those who train pull-ups without assistance know the plateau: the body hangs, the arms give out, progress stagnates. The Pull-Up Assist Band 3.0 addresses this issue – with a double-wide foot support system and reinforced steel hooks that equally distribute body weight and enable clean repetitions. The result: more sets, fewer compensatory movements, real progress in the upper body – all without a training partner.

Benefits

  • No more stagnation in pull-up training: Those who use the band can continue training on days when their strength is not sufficient for free pull-ups – instead of giving up, they get closer to their goal repetition by repetition.
  • No more slipping or readjusting during the set: The wider double-foot system distributes weight evenly and keeps the position stable – the focus remains on muscle work, not balance.
  • No more worries about ripped cords or sharp metal edges: The latex-reinforced pulling bands are housed in a fabric protective sleeve, and the hooks are made of reinforced steel – the band holds up even under intense continuous load, without needing to check every time.

Specifications

  • System: Double foot holder with adjustable straps
  • Attachment: Reinforced steel hooks
  • Material: Latex bands with fabric protective sleeve
  • Colors: Black, Orange
  • Compatibility: Pull-up bars, wall mounts, door frame bars

Application

  1. Hang-in: Attach the steel hooks to the pull-up bar and adjust the strap length to your body height.
  2. Step in: Place both feet in the loops of the double foot system and check your stance.
  3. Train: Perform pull-ups as usual – the band takes on part of the body weight and allows for more repetitions with correct technique.

Pro Tip: Set the strap slightly shorter than necessary at the beginning – this way, you learn to rely on your own strength faster, and you can gradually reduce the assistance over time.
