Replacement Sponge for Quiet One 800 Pond pump. It should be used in conjunction with the strainer. It is a pre-filter strainer and should be cleaned periodically. It is recommended to have two so if one gets dirty you replace it with a clean one while washing it you don't need to turn off the pump.
